daylily LILAC CREPE

Mahieu Diploid 98-474 A
[CLAIRVOYANT LADY X EMERALD EYE]
36 M 4 RE NOC EXT SEV 4 way branching 36 buds

A little bagel with a twist: combining round and ruffled genes with Lambert's Spatulate forms.  Lamberet's "Emerald Eye" is a sleeper, with an incredible green throat.  It is farily evergreen and I cross it into dormant lines.  This plant has been an important bridge plant for me -- it passes on huge notched eyes and green throats.  Extremely Fertile both ways.  Creped and diamond dusted lilac blooms with purple notched band.  Very floriferous and showy.  daylily was the name of the country home we built when I was first starting my hybridizing program.  Pictures of the home and garden are here.
